Needs Analysis
Before any intervention can begin, a needs analysis is conducted to
review the operation from a neutral perspective to determine ways in which organizational
effectiveness can be maximized. The process may consist of a site visit or phone
consultation in which key stakeholders are interviewed. After the information compiled
is analyzed, a report is prepared outlining the Strengths, Opportunities and Targeted
Solutions (SOTS). Note that not all needs assessments lead to training interventions.

Individual Coaching
Coaching can be performed with staff or management personnel in
order to improve needed skill sets and results. Sessions can be geared for personal
or professional development and may include the use of validated assessment tools.
Sessions can vary from one hour to one day in length, depending on the individual.
Sustainable Change
After a training program has been delivered, the transfer of learning
process continues with other stakeholders to capture the essential learning points
for the participants. Management and others are asked to play a key role in validating
the learning that began in the classroom by working with the participant to begin
incorporating the changes in behavior that translate into performance improvement.
Stakeholders are briefed on their role and how to sustain the changes.
